How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 0–2 business days and delivered in 2–7 business days depending on where you are. Metro addresses are usually at the fast end of that range. Every order ships tracked and you get the tracking number by email as soon as it moves.
How much is shipping?
Free across India on orders over ₹3,000 — about six to seven single volumes. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination. If you are building a series run, batching volumes into one order is materially cheaper than ordering them one at a time.
How is manga packed?
Volumes ship in rigid, plastic-free protective packaging chosen to protect spines and dust jackets. Manga is a physical collection — a book that arrives with a bumped corner is a damaged book, not a minor cosmetic issue, and we pack accordingly.
What if a volume arrives damaged?
Send us a photo and we replace it free. No return shipping, no restocking fee, no argument. This is separate from and in addition to the returns window below.
What is the returns policy?
30 days from delivery. Volumes must be unread and in resalable condition. Return shipping on a change-of-mind return is yours; return shipping on anything damaged, misprinted, or sent in error is ours. Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return arrives.
How do preorders work?
Preorders are charged when the volume ships, not when you place the order — so nothing leaves your account until the book leaves ours. If a preordered volume slips its release date, we will email you rather than let you wonder.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards at checkout: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club and RuPay. Payment is handled securely by Shopify — we never see or store your card details.
Do you ship outside India?
Not currently. We are focused on getting Indian delivery genuinely right first.
